The bathroom sink was licking. The bathroom shower was very dirty. There was a piñata hunging on the ceiling of the bedroom with a lot of dust. The restaurant and the spa were out of service. Great location and very helpful and nice staff trying their best with what they can offer. Nice hacienda and quiet environment.

While the location is good, walkable to the restaurants, the hotel needs maintenance: The bathroom were extremely old, old towels with wholes, and old showerhead.. It was cold at night (for me) and they had only 1 blanket in the room.

Loved the staff! Checked in late at night and was received and settled in immediately. My mother was traveling with me and forgot a pair of sunglasses in the room at checkout. The hotel was closed when we realized what happened but the following day we contacted them and they had saved the sunglasses for us. Can’t express how thankful I was for such great hospitality! I’ll book again

The room did not have A/C, did not feel safe. They gave us a pad lock to lock the door if we left the hotel. The towels were dirty. We left in the middle of the night we could not stay there.

Cute little spot within walking distance to Tlaquepaque. Reception was accommodating. Very nice people. Lots to see. I would probably stay at the double bed room next time. For the price and location definitely worth it.

This was by far the worst stay. Bad attitude of employees, no water and you need to go find someone to get access to go out of the hotel. Stay away!

- we were on the road side so it was quite noisy - lovely big bed - staff were friendly - the kitchen had closed so no breakfast but I think they should at least put on some coffee. It's not that cheap a place.

The property is unique with different rooms, not too many. Unfortunately, they gave us a room, Sor Juana, with no windows, very dark. You needed to turn the lights in order to see. Also, it was right next to the reception area. Too noisy. Other than that, it's a cute place. Great location.

Holy Towels lol

The hotel has a a great style. The only thing is that the towels had more holes than a 18 hole golf course. The room had no light. If you plan to stay here plan on leaving the car in the street. All the public parking lots are full.
