El lugar esta muy bien ubicado y céntrico a lo que es Chapultepec. Cuando leí que era un boutique hotel tuve muy altas expectativas. Al llegar, bueno pues la limpieza no era tan buena. Vi cabellos en mi cama y el baño, tal vez fue por los cambios en las habitaciones pero aun así no es aceptable. El piso tenía manchas y se veía que no lo habían limpiado.

El hotel es tranquilo y ubicado en una zona excelente, a unos pasos de la avenida Chapultepec con muchos restaurantes y zona comercial. También está a dos cuadras del consulado de los E.U. La habitación fue confortable, aunque pequeña. Los colchones de las camas muy buenos. Las almohadas duras. El baño limpio -- sólo que no tenía estantería ni lugar para colocar las cosas del aseo personal.

Bueno x que no hay ruido, no entra luz x la noche a la habitación y cerca del consulado americano, bien ubicado. Pésimo x la habitación, parecía cuarto de servicio, mobiliario de tercera, el baño en muy malas condiciones, grifos descompuestos, mínima cantidad de agua a la hora de bañarse, relación calidad-precio, caro

El lugar es muy tranquilo , el personal muy amable y la ubicación excelente; cuenta con excelentes restaurantes en la avenida Chapultepec y muy buenos cafés a sus alrededores. El único detalle es que nos tocaron días muy calurosos en Guadalajara, quizá le hace falta un poco de abanico o aire acondicionado a los cuartos (No preguntamos si tenían habitación con a/c o abanicos) pero si sería mucho más cómodo con esto.

Hotel ok, but not boutique

Once we arrived we needed about 10 minutes to check in, as the staff members did not find the reservation. It seems that the owner sent them an info from Expedia on Whatsapp. The room in general was ok, beds were nice. But it was extremly dirty. Hair everywhere in the room and the shower.

No fue lo q se ofreció y tuve un problema y retraso con la facturación, esto hizo q saliera una hora y media más tarde de lo programado y tuve q quejarme con la dueña del hotel pues la persona q factura no lo hacía

Low class hotel near consulate

Not a very clean hotel. It was outdated and not comfortable. the staff charged us more money because we had a extra person at the last minute. I've never had a hotel do that in all my travels. the food prices nearby are ridiculously pricey. I will not stay here again!

No tenían lista una de las habitaciones cuando llegamos, sólo la hab. 1 es la mejor habilitada, había pulgas en el sillón del lobby y mucho polvo, no nos quisieron cobrar cuando llegamos y luego nos exigían el pago cuando querían, pasaron como 10 veces la tarjeta AMEX y de pronto nos indica la Señora del Lobby con muy mala actitud se da cuenta que no reciben AMEX. Todo muy mal. Nos tuvimos que ir a otro Hotel de emergencia. Encontramos uno a la vuelta y que gran diferencia en todo y el mismo costo.

Pésima organización del hotel.

NO nos respetaron la reservación, Nos pasaron a un hotel más barato y de menor categoría, nos prometieron dos habitaciones dobles para la siguiente noche y No cumplieron. Nos querían enviar a un hotel de aún menor categoría que el primero ó cobrarnos más de 4 veces lo acordado en otro hotel muy lejano de la ubicación deseada. Instalaciones del hotel no son malas, el staff pésimo para confrontar y resolver problemas, Pésima organización con sus reservaciones.
