We stayed her twice within our trip and both times our room was clean and the staff was always available when we needed extra pillows etc. about a 25 minute walk to the main square, but the price was great and worth staying on the ‘outskirts’ of Malmo. "Inclusive breakfast was great. Had to change rooms on arrival as room safe was not working. Made the move and again room safe was not working. Did not bother to ask again . Had to notify reception that lighting in emergency fire escape staircase was not working. VERY dangerous if a fire were to occur. It appears that there are no maintenance of room staff available through the night time period. That's of concern . everything has to wait until the morning."
