"Check-in was quick and easy, room was modern but basic, and clean. The paint job in the bathroom could have been better but that’s just cosmetic and did not impact my stay. The food at the restaurant on-site is good, and the new pub “Second Encore Pub” located within the hotel is awesome, best of luck to Duane and Jenn on this endeavour. The music inspiration for the pub and decor is awesome be sure to stop in and have a pint."

"Booked 2 nights. Had family emergency the second night so we checked out at 9am and asked for our money back the second night as we were not staying. The manager would not respond to emails and still got charged for the second night even though we were not there. Very run down and not updates. Will not stay again."

"Upon arrival we were assigned to a room that was in complete unacceptable condition to stay in heavily soiled carpets, and dog food was found on the floor, water damage around the windows. There were stains on the lampshade and the wall, there was a very concerning amount of dust around the heating unit, and a thick layer of dust on top of the microwave, light fixtures did not work and when asked to change to a new room, we were charged unknowingly an extra amount."
