The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort

"Check-in isn’t until 4 although we were allowed to check in early. We went to the pool where the service was lacking, kitchen closes early and they started closing down pool at 5:30 we felt rushed. The whole reason we stayed there was to enjoy the pool but felt rushed out . It is not worth staying for one night . We ordered room service which also shuts down at 8 and could not find a menu in the website so the restaurant had to recite entire menu over the phone . I don’t recommend staying here for one night . We were disappointed."

"Like my reservation recommended, I called this hotel 2 days before our reservation, to verify that we would be on ground floor with wheelchair accessible accommodations with inclusion of roll-in-shower with shower chair. He verified it was and gave me the room number. When we arrived there, we did have that certain room number, but it had a tub/shower and no shower chair. We kept that room as the roll-in-shower units were already taken. The King bed was comfy, nice room, and a good breakfast all four mornings that we were there. The receptionist was kind and found a shower chair for me on our arrival/check-in. This motel had a nice swimming pool."
Amelia Hotel at the Beach

"The facilities were great and it was close to the beach. The pool was small but most of the guests went to the beach so there was always room at the pool. The only problem I had was there were no nice restaurants in the town. I had to drive a little way to go eat unless I wanted fast food."

"The location is excellent, you can walk to everything! Plus the parking is free. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We were there to celebrate our 46th anniversary and they surprised us with a sweet note and bottle of wine. The breakfast is great as well and included with your stay. ( there is a train track right by the hotel, (I never even heard it - as it went super slow by the hotel) We would definitely stay there again"

"Great one night stay! Check-in was quick and smooth and the clerk was super friendly. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped, a/c nice and cool (essential in the FL July heat!), and plenty of parking. There is a nightly parking charge - I think it was $15. Breakfast was pretty good - hot and cold options (bacon was really good, packaged pastries were pretty good). It's a quick walk to the beach and there is a great skate park just out the back door. Convenience store and great seafood restaurant are next door. Hotel offers beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie board rentals. I only have two complaints and both are personal opinion -I did not like the coffee at all, in the room or at breakfast. Coffee drinkers REALLY appreciate a good cup of coffee first thing in the morning. And I wish there was a bar of soap in the shower - I personally do not like shower gel on the wall being the only option."
