"It might be time to do some upgrades to the hotel. We arrived at 3:45pm and was told that the room was still dirty. We waited about one hour to get the room with no apologies given. Got a notice the day before check out that the hot water will not be available. Thankfully we got up early and was able to shower with hot water. The tiles in the bathroom are a bit grimy and need to be cleaned or replaced. "

"From the minute I walked into the lobby and was greeted by the employee at the desk, which she was absolutely wonderful with a great personality, to the clean and beautiful room everything was a 5-star experience. The breakfast options and breakfast staff were friendly and genuine!"

"I was canceled about an hour before check-in time. When I was able to reach a hotel "ambassador" after 3 attempts, I was told 1st Class Guests take precedence over me. THIS IS UNNACCEPTABLE. If I had canceled this late, I would still have been charged. RESERVATIONS MEAN NOTHING TO THIS HOTEL."
