My experience with this booking was extremely disappointing. From the time I booked through Expedia to my arrival at the property, I encountered significant issues. Before arriving, I attempted to contact the property using the phone numbers provided, but I was unable to reach anyone. When I sought assistance from Expedia, I did not receive meaningful support. As a result, I was left waiting outside the property for an extended period in an area where I did not feel safe. During that time, I experienced a threatening encounter, which was very distressing. Despite explaining the situation and providing supporting documentation to Expedia afterward, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or resolved appropriately. I was charged for the reservation even though I was unable to access or stay at the property. The experience had a significant impact on my well-being and caused substantial disruption to my life. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking this property or relying on the support I received in this situation.

The hotel staff were great & its centrally located to Stampede. One thing to consider is the stampede parade starts at 6:30A so if you’re not a morning person you won’t be able to sleep in. Also I don’t know whats happening to Calgary but theres so many homeless people & druggies everywhr. Just be careful walking by yourself at night.
