"E manager and his staff we very friendly. Karmel is amazing and do anything for you.. food was super Amazing... we are going back.. if you're in this are you must stay here. We even had our own personal hot tub.. bery beautiful, bery clean and the staff was more than AMAZING.. we love them and we're going to miss them.. nest stay of our trip"
"the only annoying thing was the lack of english skills of the staff making it somewhat difficult to communicate, but they were all very nice and the fact that dinner was not served before 8pm, which is quite late; otherwise very chill and laid back vibe, nice pool, big rooms, amazing breakfast, good coffee, we enjoyed our stay and could imagine staying even longer"

The renovations to the building are well executed with old stonework and wood beam ceilings integrated into all the modern commodities. "Lovely stay with helpful staff. Our room was huge and had a sea view. It’s located right near the ramparts and you can stroll along the water or take a short walk into town. Breakfast and aperitivo on the terrace were well done. We parked on the street, just down from the hotel. Download the app- you can pay/add time from your phone, plus many other cities in Sicily use the same app which was convenient. "

"A modern hotel in the historic area of Trapani, which is well placed for a number of top attractions, restaurants and the main shopping streets. Reception staff were excellent and arranged valet parking and take away breakfast on day of departure. We had a 3 night stay and would stay in this hotel again. Good value for money. "

"Amazing stay! Great location, walkable to all the shops and restaurants in Favignana center. Come here to get your relax on! Only negative thing I will mention is transfers to port should be included as a courtesy, the hotel currently charges a small fee 3 EUR per person. "
"Overall good value for location and accommodation. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest alternative is 25 mins walk.the owners really need to ensure customers ate advised before booking.
