"I had a wonderful stay at KOSY Appart’Hôtels – Art’ & Facts in Nancy. The place is beautiful, clean, and feels very secure. The services were impeccable, and the staff made everything smooth and easy. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from all the main tourist attractions, which made exploring the city so convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nancy!"

"Great Location....5 min walk from Train Station...Very clean though typical European small rooms....Excellent Breakfast ...The Best part though was the Excellent and Attentive front desk Staff who also provided Bar and food service at Nite...I would especially like to commend Fadela, Fakhrieh, and Nicole . They are The Best !!!....We would Definitely chose this Property again !"

"Super Hotel mit allem, was man braucht, zu einem guten Preis und sehr gut gelegen (nah am Zentrum und direkt an einem Kanal). Gutes Frühstück mit allem nötigen, sogar Kaffeespezialitäten! Mir persönlich hat nur Frischkäse gefehlt. Es gibt Sport Material zum verleihen sowie einen kostenlosen Wasserspender und einen Snackautomaten (kostenpflichtig). Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gut ausgestattet und mit sehr bequemen Bett und Air Condition! Mir hat nur ein kleiner Kühlschrank und ggf Bodylotion...
