"The hotel provided everything we needed. The receptionist on arrival was disinterested and just performed like a robot. He took some time to respond to us waiting at the desk and eventually looked up very slowly. His "enjoy your stay" couldn't have been less sincere and made us laugh 😂 The cleaning staff were much friendlier. Otherwise we were very happy with the hotel."

"My room was on the 6th floor, at the rear of the hotel. Each floor in this area has just two rooms, and it is very tranquil. I highly recommend the higher floor (there are 7 in total) as the view up to Sacré-Cœur is very nice. Staff was great - both desk and the breakfast lady were cordial and efficient. The room was small, but very comfortable. Metro and trains are a two or three minute walk from the front door."

"47 year old traveler from USA: I rented the king bed single room and a room with a twin bed. King bed room: The shower (Frosted glass in the middle, clear on top and bottom) is in the same room as the bed. The toilet is in a separate room, but still within close quarters. So if you expect to have privacy to shower with those you don't want to see you naked, reconsider. The bed was firm and the TV allowed me to sign in to my Netflix account, which I've found is rare in Europe. Twin bed room: Our 20 year old daughter stayed in this room, and it was perfect for her. Separate bathroom with toilet and shower combined, not separate. All the rest was the same as the King bed room. We didn't use or see the pool, since we only stayed 2 nights, 1 full day. All other items listed and pictured are depict what you'll get. You can see the Eiffel Tower from both rooms. You use your hotel key to turn the lights on. The area of Saint Denis is less than desirable to be honest. I wouldn't walk around alone at night, and stay aware during the day. We tried to find somewhere to eat at 8 pm amd everything within walking distance was closed. There are metro stations within walking distance, which is how we got around. We did not have a car, so I cant review parking. I would stay here again for the price, as it was less than other places. However you trade off the location and availability of places to eat after 6 pm."

"The rooftop bar was well decorated with nice views but menu was mediocre. The room size was OK. Our TV stopped working for 2 days nut was later repaired. Safety is good. Neighborhoood not so great. Need to have information on transportation and places to visit."

"I was there it a very bad neighborhood people tried to get money from us in the parking lot very sketchy people and hitting the roof of our car when we refused. We informed Expedia and the staff the front desk was very rude about it. We did not stay, it was nasty in the parking lot I have never seen a Premiere hotel in such a dirty state. Yes it’s cheap but it is this Cheap for a reason I would avoid this place we arrived late at night my husband is law enforcement and said immediately: “ There is NO WAY we are staying here!” We travel A LOT never felt this unsafe before."

"It was a great place to stay. The location is more residential, but it’s a safe and pleasant neighborhood. Paris public transportation had a few delays and setbacks during my trip, so it wasn’t the most reliable—I ended up taking Uber a few times. The airport is in the opposite direction, but without traffic, it’s about a 27-minute Uber ride, which wasn’t bad at all. If you’re comfortable navigating trains and getting around the city, this hotel is a great option. The room was beautiful—I even had a sofa with an extra bed. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable; I would fall asleep instantly every night, which was a huge plus. Brand new building as well. So if you don’t like rats or rodents that come with city do yourself a favor and stay there. "

"Was only there for one night, kind of an in and out sort of thing, but being able to drink my coffee and tea on a patio outside my room in the morning was pure heaven, the best send off for my trip."

"Clean room, very comfortable bed. The neighborhood is quaint with a sprinkle of grunge. Cafes and grocery store in walking distance. Short walk to bus (3) min and a 25 min ride into city center proper."
