Very easy to get to the grocery, great restaurant and local pub in close proximity. Great little town with amazing, friendly people. Property was clean, spacious and had all the amenities. I would stay here again in an instant. Host was very responsive as well and wanted our trip to be perfect.

South Sea House is a Place to Come Back to.

The owners are friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful place to stay in the North of St. Lucia. Just above the golf course, Cas-en-Bas beach and near by Rodney Bay shopping. The views from your guest room are exceptional. Everything you need is in your suite. The plunge pool and pool are terrific.

Beautiful setting, I loved looking out at the mountains from our balcony. Everything was perfect but you definitely need a car if you're going to stay here as it is rather secluded in a quiet residual area. I would highly recommend and would visit again 😁

Our host was fantastic to accomodate our last minute tour request and the apartment had everything needed. There should be an AC installed in the living/dining/kitchen area as it was needed at times, even when the windows were opened.

Likes -This property represents excellent value for money. -The owner lives upstairs the property and is readily available to assist. -There are lots of amenities including a fully outfitted kitchen. -The small plunge pool in each apartment is a very nice bonus. -The larger pool area is spacious and relaxing. -The hilltop views are beautiful. Dislikes -When we just arrived in the property, there was a slight musty smell. -Areas of the property can do with some minor renovations. -Depending on which apartment you choose, the walk to the outdoor pool and even to other apartments above and below can be cumbersome especially for older persons. -The location is beautiful but it is highly recommended to rent a car given it is not particularly near to any of the more popular beaches and attractions. Overall, the apartment is excellent value and I highly recommend.

Nice clean condo in a quiet area. My bedroom was small with not much room to maneuver around the bed and there wasn’t much storage space for clothes. However, the hostess and owner Karen was extremely hospitable! Before my arrival date, she was very responsive and communicative with me. I had many questions about visiting a new island and she took away any worry I had. She even connected me with her private taxi driver (Francis Emmanuel) who was amazing by the way, for a round trip to and from the airport. She provided me with a link to all the activities in the area and more! During my stay, the great service continued. I would stay here again if I wanted to stay in a condo.

The attention to detail on the design of the units made it very pleasant to stay, from the kitchen to the seating area, to the hallway separating the bedrooms and bathroom from the kitchen and sitting area. The windows and glass entry door offered very interesting views of the ocean and nearby golf course. Karen was always available and responsive when we had questions. The plunge pool was a nice way to cool off after a hot day. The unit was very clean and kitchen well stocked. The washing machine in the unit was helpful for our needs.

Great location, with views of golf course and the sea. Excellent property, has everything you could need. Hosts Karen, Jerome and Susan the cleaner were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend getting a hire car, it's well worth exploring the Island. Will return in the future.

This was our second stay at South Sea House. It is really comfortable, fully equipped, beautifully clean and in a quiet and secure area overlooking the golf course. This place is AMAZING! Our time was well spent at this lovely home. This is a hidden gem and I cant wait to go back next time visit to St Lucia! No complaint! Karen and her husband Jerum was very helpful and nice! One of the best places that I have ever stayed in Caribbean. Quiet location. Parking in front of the house. Large, comfortable room with a private bathroom. Very clean. Beautiful Ocean view balcony. I would definitely stay there again in the future.
