"The best trip ever definitely better than a cruise. The Japanese restaurant really need to change chair as my husband fell out the chair due to been too loose. A few of our guest had to change chairs."

"The property was beautiful! Everything was conveniently located and amenities were nice. Beach was lovely and peaceful and having the rafts anchored in the water was such a nice treat. Having the bars and restaurants steps off the beach was amazing! Food was good but not great. Items served sometimes didn’t match the menu description. Desserts were definitely a mixed bag; some were just awful and others were good. This was our first time having butler service and it was hard to figure out what to expect. I wish more information had been provided before the visit. We had made a lot of arrangements before we got there, which seemed to have confused our butlers, or maybe even offended them. Overall, a wonderful place!!"

"The beach is small but beautiful, walkable. It is not attached, but is right around the corner. Excellent location to be able to walk the town, restaurants, etc"

"It was a great week and would go again. Next time we will plan better on transfer to resort. Do not use island taxi! Have Cap Maison pick you up. Will will use helicopter next time."

"For a last minute overnight booking it was quite an experience. Despite letting staff know I had mobility issues a room was allocated on the other side of the complex. After paying for an upgrade in order to get closer to the entrance the upgrade was worse in every way than the room I was given. I then downgraded to the original room type. Breakfast was plentiful but limited hot protein options."

"I hate cats and I couldn't use the pool because there were 4 black cats and 1 brown cat along with a kitten near the pool. I complained and housekeeping was supposed to remove them but much to my surprise the next morning, the black cat and it's young were there awaiting me. They stood right at the patio door crying. Additionally, I was charged twice for my stay. I tried to contact Expedia but no response to my email. They charged both my cards, but I only realized this after I returned to the U.S. To date, this has not been resolved. I had to contact my credit card company and my bank."
