"This place has enormous potential. Gorgeous location, beautiful buildings and rooms. But their must be a lack of budget: no comfortable general area's, no patio furniture, no fridge, hairdryer etc. The place is mainly a wedding venue, which offers problems for other guests."

Patrick and Lamla (spelling?) were terrific and looked after us like family, even driving out to buy me some zamaleks when the hotel didnt stock it. Rooms are spotless and attention to detail terrif. Chef's Warehouse restaurant is a must. This was our second visit in a year and cannot wait to come back again. Very highly recommend it. "
