. We paid extra for a river view room, but were very disappointed to find a scaffolding tower to the side of our balcony blocking half the view. The room was set back from the front of the hotel and so the remaining view was limited (Room 501). We asked to move, the staff were very accommodating, but it would have to be next day as they were full. When we got back from our day out and went to the new room, we were not impressed. "We stayed two nights at this property in our way back from Konstanz to Rotterdam. The hotel was easy to find and there is a car park immediately opposite (the hotel gives a badge that can be put in front window of car). The hotel is of a reasonably good standard, niceish rooms and a reasonable breakfast. Bath robes are provided and r rooms well cleaned but beginning to show age a little.
