"Der gesamte CheckIn-Prozess war sehr gut vorbereitet. Der Kontakt zur Leitung war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wegen der großen Hitze wurde uns 1 Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt, der bei unserer späten Abendankunft auch schon lief und die Nacht für uns erträglich machte. "First of all, it was the quest to find by the car navigator the exact address what the Hotel provided. Second of all, parking space what the Hotel mentioned is going through the limited access streets, what makes this mission impossible. I parked in the City parking garage and went with the light laguage to find where the Hotel is located. Now I know."

"Rooms need either air conditioning or better ceiling fans. When it gets hot, there is no way to get proper airflow. If you open the windows, the insects will come inside your room. Please also add a microwave to the rooms. Shower was clogged with hair and the water could not evacuate. I had to unclog the shower otherwise the water level would have risen and gone into the bedroom area."

"The room was very spacious, modern and clean! Staff were very helpful when i attempted an early check in, but were only available by whatsapp or email. There is no "lobby" or area to sit prior to room being ready, or restaurant. Something to think about if you are arriving early after a long overnight flight. Great amenities in the room! An easy 5 minute walk to the Hbf area which has shops and transport. Street is a bit sketch but I felt OK as a solo female traveler. I would stay here again!"
