"Clean room, beautiful view and tasty breakfast."

"We had at wonderful stay at Hotel Bernerhof Grindelwald. The staff was amazing, including Lias, Cristine, Christina, the dark haired girl that helped with breakfast, and the gentleman that cooked breakfast and helped during breakfast. The location is great for skiing because it is right across the street from the train station and bus stop. The views from our balcony room were wonderful. The best part about the hotel was the service we received from the staff. Breakfast was very good. It was a great stay and my husband and I look forward to coming back."

"There’s lots of shops nearby and the sky and cable cars are very close. Very convenient. The hotel was very cute in front of the mountains, beautiful view! And the breakfast and staff was amazing! "

"This hotel was beautiful. There were lovely views from it of the mountains. The rooms excellent. There were bath robes and slippers. The spa area was very nice. This was included in your stay. There was a great choice for breakfast. The bar area was very nice and a lovely place to sit and relax with a drink. All the staff were so helpful. "

"Restaurant staff extremely helpful and efficient. Food quality also high. Unfortunately the temperature inside for dining in the evenings was nearly hot to the point if being unbearable which staff agreed with. Windows were sometimes able to be opened but not on all occasions. Bar was mainly left unattended. Often waiting for service for 20 plus minutes with certain members of bar staff not trained. Hotel has a large ski room and quick access to the train station. Hotel offers lift to Grindelwald First - but when called for pickup, it did not show. The rooms are lovely but there is no temperature control and windows had to be left wide open all night. When staying on the ground floor, this was less than ideal. "
