Beautiful hotel in spectacular location

Beautiful, comfortable hotel in stunning location. Breakfast was great & staff was nice. Main negative is that showers are AWFUL - flood entire bathroom, not enough pressure to wash long hair, but this is not uncommon in Norwegian hotels (why??). Overall recommend

Our curtains are falling off. Marks in the walls. Food order incorrect so as to be inedible. But no charge. But hungry. Large stretchers carrying linens in my hallway. Unsightly. Good tv. Ble tilbudt et rom rett ved hotellets ute terrassen, med mye støy. Fikk flyttet til 3 etg mot hage. Rommet var ikke rengjort, men ble fikset etter 20 min. Ellers ok opphold.

This hotel was disappointing. I expected higher quality of services in relation with the cost of the room and the hotel reputation. I received a compensation for the discomfort I had to face and I am grateful for that, but when you are on vacation you don't want to experiment bad situations. Last remark: stop sending emails/messages in Norwegian only, if you want tourists to feel good in your hotel.

Fint opphold alt i alt, men litt småpirk

Fint opphold. Flott utsikt fra frokostsalen over havet. Litt småpirk som gjorde at jeg ikke ga full pott: Det var ingen aircon på rommet, i hvert fall ikke som vi kunne finne. Vanligvis kan man ha vinduet oppe, men vi reiste under stormen Amy med kraftig vind og regn hele natta, så vinduet måtte være igjen. Det ga dårlig luft på rommet. Innendørs boblebad i velbæreavdelingen var lunkent, ikke varmt. Mulig det var en spesiell knapp man måtte trykke på for å få varmt vann men vi fant ikke den.

Flott hotel på flott lokasjon

Fint kort opphold på en veldig idyllisk plass med en fin strand rett ved hotellet. Langgrunn strand, perfekt for småbarnsfamilier. Kjempefin spa avdeling med jacuzzi både ute og inne, Thai massasje, steambad og sauna. Veldig god frokost med godt utvalg. Fin strandpromenade til flott badeplass med stupebrett og landgang med rekkverk.

Nydelige omgivelser, rent og fantastisk betjening!

Spesielt imponert over renhold på rommet og i ganger og trapper, samt spisesal! Det er mye sand på stranden, men det merkes ikke inne på hotellet selv om mange nok drar med seg en del sand inn. Det blir hele tiden vasket og støvsugd. Dessuten er betjeningen veldig oppmerksom overfor hotellets gjester, alltid blid og hyggelig!

Rommet manglet aircondition, minikjøleskap. Det var varmt og upraktisk. Såkalt minibar varer lå på et bord. Svett sjokolade og alt var overopphetet. Litt upraktisk da det ikke var noe annet sted å legge varene og det opptok mye av plassen. Ikke lås på badet og sengene var knirkete. Frokosten var upraktisk for min del. Jeg synes egg med en slapp kald strimle bacon på er uappetittlig. Jeg har en diett der jeg spiser kjøtt til frokost. Egg er jeg allergisk for, så hadde vært en fordel å ikke blande egg og bacon for min del. Spa anlegget var veldig fint. Det var varmt på hotellet og det var vanskelig å få isbiter for å kjøle ned drikken. Kunne vært litt mer tilgjengelig på slike varme dager.
