"The Citybox is well situated near supermarkets, restaurants and attractions. I like the minimalist concept of the facility. Staff are honest. I left my wedding band and they contacted me on how I can have it back. Thank you."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. The convenience to Dyreparken cannot be beat! We had all of our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel and were not disappointed. The table agreed that that their coffee machine is great! We even had a emergency happen while at the hotel with our two year old getting injured while at the hotel (not the hotel's fault, just an accident) and the hotel staff was amazing! Many people on staff jumped in to help along the way, and two of them even offered to drive me and my son to the emergency room since my husband was away from the hotel at the time. When we got back to the hotel after my son getting a few stitches the dinner staff checked in on us again and made sure everything was okay. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff! Regarding the rooms, they have everything you need. The bunkbed rooms are more fun because they are more themed, but we had no issues with cleanliness, or anything like that. Would definitely recommend staying here, and will be back again again some time in the future. "

"The location is excellent! (parking was a five minute walk away). The breakfast and dinner were great, and much appreciated, as food was quite expensive in this town. The staff were friendly and helpful. (it was unusually hot weather when we were there, and they gave us a fan for the room)"
