"As a North American, I was pleased by the large rooms, real air conditioning (not the one that stops at 26C/79F). Location is interesting with the Dreiländerbrücke/three countries bridge/passerelle des trois pays nearby. It is a big shopping centre and traffic can be a bit loud, but stops when the center closes. Be careful if you have a Swiss travel pass, it doesn't cover the German part of the tramway line."

He then carried the rest up the stairs and met us with a smile. The service at the hotel bistro was equally excellent and friendly. "We enjoyed our stay. It is in the heart of town and the pedestrian area. It was hot weather (80 degrees). We had two rooms. One the air-conditioning works great and the other one the air-conditioning couldn’t keep up. We asked for a new room and got a room with great air conditioning. So if your room is warm when you check in ask for another room."
