"Room was ok, it’s office like. Staff not that helpful. Left AirPods in room on checkout not interested despite showing as still in room. Know my fault for leaving them. Now showing at a residential address outside the centre. "

"Room was comfortable for 2 adults + 1 teenager. Shower was very clean (slippery floor though!). Very conveniently located to Centrale FS. Front desk was very helpful. Highly recommend if you don't want to be in central touristy area. There were several good restaurants within a 2 block radius."

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good although hotel staff at the breakfast area approached us and assumed we were taking food for later consumption and had charged our room for extra 4 breakfasts which we found out about at check out. We never took anything extra. The front desk staff understood our concern and cleared the charges. So be aware when you check out. Otherwise room was comfortable and very close to centrale station. "

"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, but a little small and spartan. The bathroom was nice and clean. Fabulous full-featured breakfast 7:00 to 10:00 AM. Quick 5 to 10 minute walk to the metro and train station."

"We booked 3 rooms on our 4 days stay in Milan. The hotel is very accessible (2 minutes walk) to the Milan Centrale Train Station which by itself a grand building of architectural masterpiece. Take time to view it at night which yields an extraordinary beauty when the top train station facade is illuminated. The hotel is clean with great amenities. Beds are comfortable too. This hotel served consistently superb buffet breakfast and more importantly the staff are very knowledgeable, hospitable and cordial. We flew so early in the morning and their packed/to go breakfast was our savior for filling our hunger (as we run out of time during our check in at the airport). Our heartfelt thanks to the hotel staff for their great service. Milan airport staff allowed us to carry the packed breakfast up to the air Dolomiti flight. Overall, this hotel is a must place to stay in Milan and will definitely choose IQ hotel if we will visit next time."
