"We had a wonderful stay here for 6 days. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. Honesty bar and free coffee machines in the lounge area. Room was immaculately clean, modern and had everything we needed. Location was quiet and an 8 mins walk to cityxpress lift. Friendly staff. Small pool and lovely sauna. Great value for money. "

"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "

Every meal was sensational — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and crafted with care. The quality was genuinely on par with Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve dined in, and we looked forward to every meal. The staff made our stay unforgettable — warm, professional, and always going above and beyond. A special mention to the restaurant team, who made every meal not only delicious but truly enjoyable and memorable. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience. "We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The lounge/restaurant area was a lovely space to relax by the fire and have something to eat and drink. The rooms were nice but could do with some extra features like somewhere to put the suitcase and some better lighting (it was too dark). We also found very limited bathroom amenities for a hotel of this standard. For example a one product "does everything" which I find is more of a 3 star hotel feature. "
