"I stayed for the first time in this place after many years coming to Odessa and i was really pleased to find this place which is really great located modern 2 great bathrooms jacuzzi etc.. The staff is really welcoming always available to help you in any request. There is a spa as well where you can get amazing massage then it's really next door to all the restaurants and activities of Arcadia Definitely recommend this and be back for sure Thank you Sun city )"

The building has 25 floors in total and lifts are access controlled going up and down. Beautiful area, clean with childrens playground, outdoor gym and dog park. 10 minute walk from Arcadia area, with may restaurants and shopping. Everything is open despite the current war. "
