"The room was beautiful but for the amount of money we payed it should have been more cleaner than it was. The amenities such as the pool was always full and no place to sit. The children were playing in the jacuzzi. There was a place for adults only but children overpopulated that as well. The bartender Kevin was great but the other bartender on Wednesday was horrible. He was rude and let it be known he was rude. The beds were like laying on bricks and you could hear children very loudly running back and forth in the halls that sounded like a herd of elephants. This was our 20 year anniversary and we spent over 3,000 on this vacation to not get any sleep, the room was not clean as you could see a footprint from sand in the room when we entered the room and we never went to the beach. I overheard one of the concierge stating we are severely short staffed here which is very disheartening right when you walk in. As soon as you get there you have to stand there for 20 min for them to bug you about timeshare when you are there for vacation. The view from the room was amazing as well as the bedroom."

"We enjoyed our staff. Pool and hot tub were open and running. Location is great right on the beach. There are two buildings one ocean front and one resort view. We got the resort view and the room was definitely not upgraded the way the other rooms appear online. Parking was a little tight but feasible. Overall it was a good stay would have given it a higher rate of the room was more reflective of the photos showing on the website."
