"The only few items that this hotel needs to improve on is the pillows, the sink needs a stop for hand washing small items which is needed when travelling, and at least 10 hangers for two people. "

"Hotel was very near the train station. Was given a tourist card which allowed me to travel foc on the buses and tram for the period I was in Basel. Breakfast was good. "

"Our stay was very comfortable, even after having to change rooms. We had to change rooms because there wasn't a bathe tub for our baby to have a bathe, instead there was a shower. I suggested having a few bathe tubs from a local store that could've easily fit in the shower, to stop the inconvenience of having to change rooms. Overall, our stay was very pleasing and we enjoyed the hospitality and catering. The team was good all round. Like a very oiled engine, they all worked really well. BZ"
