"The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). "Everything about the property fit, what we were hoping for. It was conveniently located, the room was comfortable and pristine, and the food was plentiful and excellent. The two things that went above and beyond our expectations for the staff and the sauna. I can’t say enough about the staff. Every person we met was cheerful and extremely helpful. As for the sauna, it was a magnificent and always empty, perhaps because it’s hidden away a bit. I cannot recommend this property highly enough for a stay in Grindelwald."
