Issues with our recent stay

"Dear Hotel Management/Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. While our room had comfortable beds with pillows, we had a horrible view that detracted from our experience. Additionally, the remodeling of Shoney's restaurant during our stay caused significant disruption. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was not fresh, which was quite disappointing. To make matters worse, we were overcharged by Hotel.com for our stay. Which i believe Holiday inn is part of Expedia. Due to these issues, we will not be returning. Thank you for your attention to these matters. "
