They saved us a perfect parking spot right outside and provided excellent recommendations for the area including dining which was very good. Room was clean and spacious and we slept very well. The firm bed was comfy and the bathroom offering everything you’d expect, with a brilliant shower.
We had a fantastic breakfast each day with very attentive staff ready to organise items not available from the buffet. We had lovely oat milk cappuccinos each morning and decaf options were available.
The onsite restaurant and rooftop bar offered a great option during a rainy day, should you decide for a day at the hotel for some R&R.
We had help organising a transfer to Malpensa airport which saved us 2 hours of public transport (although at a significant cost).
Whilst the hotel is tucked away from the busier areas, buses to Como, Bellagio, Varenna were easy to use (you can pay by card on the bus) and trains are available.
