"I had a big problem getting the key to the room. There was no note or message to explain how to get the key. I tried to call several times but there was no answer. It was a most challenging experience."

"Schön wäre es gewissen, wenn in der Beschreibung gestanden hätte, dass es sich um eine ehemalige Klinik mit wenigen Umbaumaßnahmen handelt. Zum Teil werden die Räumlichkeiten für Rehaaktivitäten genutzt, sodass der Eindruck aufrecht erhalten bleibt, dass man sich in einem Krankenhaus und nicht um ein Hotel handelt. Man sollte deutlich darauf hinweisen, dass die Wellnessangebote tagsüber nicht nutzbar sind wegen medizinischer Benutzung/Reha-Nutzung. Abgesehen davon waren Preis und Leistung...

"Excellent hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms. Small kitchen, unfortunately without microwave. Hotel is located in a very quiet but beautiful surrounding. Not much to do in the village of Schöneck, so for restaurants or shopping you need to take a trip."

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"
