The hot tub was out of order. Huge bummer from the get go. But other than that, the place was nice and clean. The rooms were clean. The continental breakfast only had cold items but was adequate. For the price, we will stay there again

Visited with our grandson. Room was adequate but dated, cracked tile in bathroom and sink was slow to drain. Pool was very crowded, not sure what solution would be except try not going on the weekend if you want to enjoy the pool. Checkin staff very friendly.

It’s a room in a small horse barn and it’s exactly what I needed. Quiet, greeted by host and then allowed to enjoy the property without interference. The bathroom is tiny but that was to be expected.
