"Stylish and clearly geared toward business travelers, but perfect for our one-night stay as a couple. It’s on the pricier side, but completely worth the money. Unbeatable location: we could walk to everything. Plus easy parking. These were hands-down the largest rooms we stayed in during our entire 10-day trip to the US, featuring super comfortable beds and the most stocked, sophisticated bathroom we experienced. Highly recommend!"

"Rooms are great and very clean. Pool looks awesome especially right next to the cabana bar but the water was freezing. Staff said it was 80 degrees but it was ice cold and no was in it. They have fire pits that are so nice and you can purchase s’mores kits but it’s very hard to get a seat at one. They all fill up so fast. Front desk staff were very friendly. They even offered us warm apple cider, which was the best I ever had!"

"Check in was easy and quick. Everything was nice except for the bathroom and the breakfast. The bathroom needs major updating from leaking plumbing, cracked tiles to a toilet that doesn’t flush. The breakfast is from 7-9am. We arrived at 8:15 and there was nothing left but a few slices of bread and some yoghurt. It was low season and vacancy was high so it didn’t make sense. But for 1 night it made do."

"Room was clean and okay. Smelled a little old but after having the ac on for about 15min the smell was gone. Food at hurricane grill was 11/10, highly recommended trying there. Overall I give the place an 8/10, reason is, the indoor water park could’ve use more slide and the lazy river a bit longer."

"Our stay was basically good. The location was perfect for our needs. Lots of things to do and see. Our room was comfortable as was the bed. Cleaning was a bit random and incomplete. Mainly dumped trash and partially made the bed. We did get clean towels. We would stay again but would suggest an little improvement in that area."

"Traveled here with my husband and daughter and stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The area was very safe, the hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (especially the lady at breakfast.) Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast offered things such as...a yogurt bar, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, bacon/sausage, toast, english muffin, fruit, coffee/tea/juice, potatoes, etc. Only thing missing was a waffle maker. The female worker that was at breakfast 2 of the days was very nice and helpful. They have a small fitness center and indoor pool. The pool is very nice with seating areas, the water did seem a little colder then I was expecting for an indoor heated pool but it was nice after you got used to it. They do have a walking trail which I forgot about so I can't say anything about that or it's condition. There was complimentary coffee/tea/hot cocoa & water in the main lobby. They also had stuff you could purchase. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting the area."
