I find this to be terrible customer service, as this was completely out of my hands and there was no possible way for me to get to my destination due to the circumstances. "It was just ok. Considering the price its fine. The room was not as clean as expected with the good reviews I read on here. There was visible dirt and grime in all of the corners and even a pretzel on the floor. Our room was filled with the smell of pot at one point in the night. Walls were thin. Receptionist tried to charge me for the room even though I had already paid thru Expedia. One positive is that the bed was comfortable. Overall, you get what you pay for, for the value, its a place to sleep if you need it cheap"

"Sink was dirty, broken ice container, cannot use tub or tv, bed cover had stains, heating worked great, pretty sure the cameras are fake which made me uneasy to park there, slight cigarette smell when entering room. Fine for a short trip but could have been better quality. "
