"Everything was great with the exception of the rude, disconnected, nonchalant, and unpleasant hotel clerk who was at the desk when we checked out at 12:23 pm, Monday, June 22, 2026. That clerk has the customer service skills of brick wall. She was not hospitable at all, and certainly not an asset for your hotel. Her name is TT. She was relieved at 3:00 pm."
