"Relatively new property. Good layout. Heavy congestion around property. Only 1 employee behind desk. All luggage carts were being used, so had to wait for 30+ minutes till one became available. Many guests do not return carts. I had 2 160 lb. Coolers to put in my room and couldn’t carry them myself. Breakfast was good; biscuits, eggs, sausage & gravy, waffles, pastries and yogurt."

"Brand new property, clean, and friendly. Room cleaning services available only once a week. Breakfast options were not impressive- yogurt, prepackaged eggs, granola bars, oatmeal packs. Breakfast self served until 9:30 am. At 8:30 pm no yogurt or eggs available. No one restocked it. Had to get breakfast somewhere else."

"Very old, the parking lot was uneven and hard to walk across. The staff was wonderful, esp since they were inundated with evacuees from Colorado wild fires. The breakfast was great. Could use a grab bar in shower, for us oldsters!"

"The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and everything worked like it should. The ice machine on our floor was out of order the entire three day stay. There were black spots on the blanket which was a little concerning, but the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. It’s a little annoying that the king room is set up for a single occupant. One coffee cup, one water cup, one washcloth, etc. we could ask for more but thought it should have had 2 of everything. I understand they are trying to save money, but it’s still bothersome. The staff made up for it. They were all friendly and helpful and we had a good stay."
