"We booked last minute, and pick ot because it was close to where we needed to be. It was a very good choice. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast had good choices. And for dinner the restaurant next door ( the tavern on clark) was amazing."

"The room was not clean. It smelled terrible. It was very damp and musty . The toilet ran on and on. One of the elevators was broken , it smelled in the hallway. I was staying there because my nephew was in critical condition at the ICU in the hospital down the street. I left after one night for another hotel. However, I had paid for several nights at this hotel. Orbitz personnel tried to contact the hotel to get the other nights refunded because I had checked out. Hotel management refused to answer their calls. They kept my money."
