"Hotel was extremely busy, but even so it was very quiet and check in was really fast. Staff were very friendly & helpful. The a/c in one of our two rooms didn’t work so it was stuffy & humid for sleeping. Beds were pretty comfortable. Overall, it was a good night’s rest. "

"This is by far the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I will never stay at another Travelers Inn or OYO. The room was absolutely disgusting and wreaked of something nasty. I assumed partially cigarette smoke but the staff said nobody smoked in there. There was holes in the wall. Probably a case of caulk used all over the bathroom. The toilet looked relatively new but the rest looked to be about 50 years old and VERY used. There was all kinds of I don't know what all over the walls too. I'm surprised Hotels.com would associate themselves with this hotel. the staff were professional, no complaints there. At the time, I was too exhausted by the time I checked in to complain about it. Note to others, never reserve a place without room pics. And certainly don't stay here! I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND IF THAT IS POSSIBLE!"
