"Very clean room and the staff were very nice. Good parking right off I-95!"

"The breakfast was pretty good. The man running the breakfast area was on point and pleasant. Couple of issues I had; our room was not exactly clean. There were smudges, dirt and old toothpicks in corners, the bedding had torn corners and worn, the beds were far too tall and I don’t understand how any elderly person would’ve been able to stay there, the bed frames under the bed were collapsing slightly, pull out bed mattress NEEDS to be replaced, a little bit of black mold on the window frames (although the view from my 4th floor was absolutely beautiful looking over the marsh). The evening desk staff could actually smile when they interact with you. It wasn’t warm like one might expect from the front desk staff. And the exterior lighting, including the sign, looked like you were coming up on an old Haunted House (change the Green and fix the broken bulbs on the sign). Experience wasn’t terrible, just about 25-35 yards short of a touchdown. "

"Our room was OK. The walls had spots on them. Wires were hanging from the back of the TV. The decorative pillows had stains on them . The bathtub had a mold looking substance on the caulking. There were stains on the bathroom wall. The continental breakfast was bare minimums."

"15 minute wait to check in with wait for desk staff and key not working and staff having to come out. TV didn't work and it turned out the frig didn't either but only after my food had spoiled - they did give me $2 to buy ice when I left which cost $3.75. But the worst part was the "Breakfast Included" which consisted of COFFEE and nothing else! Hotels.com from past experience is not bothered by FRAUDULENT claims by the hotels! This isn't the first time that what is advertised is not REALITY !!!"

"The first room I was given was on the back side of the hotel. There were a lot of work men staying at the hotel and they were all on that side. They were having a good time out in the parking lot, laughing and talking and being a little bit rowdy. My being a woman, I felt a little uncomfortable around all of that so I asked the front desk to move me. He was very accommodating and I was happy with the new room’s location. "

"Jocelyn at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately her cheery and helpful attitude was the only highlight. The breakfast situation was horrible. There was one, I repeat, ONE person taking breakfast orders, cooking, cleaning tables, replenishing (and keeping an eye on guests understanding that the continent breakfast wasn't included in a room stay) continental breakfast items and coffee. Unless there was some extreme situation, the hotel management should be ashamed. Personally, I think hotel management should have been down there helping because clearly this couldn't be the norm. The poor woman responsible for all that was looking for the single person at the front desk to come help bus tables and she couldn't leave during check-out. From the time you went downstairs to the time food hit your table, it was an hour and that was if there was only a few tables filled. The food was cooked to order and good, but it was uncomfortable being there because of the overwhelming duties of that single employee."
