We had a late night check-in and everyone was amazing. The bartender was very accommodating very friendly and above and beyond. I’m just sad. It’s not think of his name.

Comfort Inn & Suites Arlington Heights - Schaumburg
My first room smelled like smoke. They moved me. In the second room, The bathtub appeared dirty and I had to lift the bathroom door to close it. Paint was peeling off of the wall and the cable plate was hanging off of the wall. Staff was courteous. Manager was very nice

The Gem Museum Suites
Great stay! Initially, there was a problem with the shower and they changed our room right away. The room was spotless including the kitchen area. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was convenient, especially when using the side entrance to the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.
