"The only difficulty is the stairs for elderly people. The access from Ann Street is helpful but the stair railing should go all the way to the street. I would recommend a quality control person check every room to evaluate maintenance. "

"The Outrider hotel was a great stay!! All of the staff were amazing and also helpful with any questions we had about the area. The rooms were very modern and clean. Including a nice tea pot in room and coffee in the lobby for the morning!! The sauna/cold plunge along with the hot tub were all in new condition and were very convenient after a long day. The fire pit area was relaxing as well. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a luxury and welcoming stay!!"
