Paps is a retired tuna captain and it appears his family runs the place. He’s always out front chewing betel nut and keeping an eye on his water. Does not get more local than this. "Excellent location on the southern tip of the island. The most hospitable property owners, too. One note: our mattress was a bit hard, but otherwise it was an excellent stay."
