"Both of the mattresses in room 332, were extremely hard and uncomfortable! They were much worse than any of the other rooms, I have stayed on, on the property. This room did not have a microwave, like all the others I have stayed in, at this property."

"The beds were clean but the room was dirty. The couch had crumbs on it and was so dirty we didn’t sit on it. There were no extra blankets, and when I asked for some at the front desk they gave me a bed sheet. The bathroom tub faucet dripped continuously. The curtains were falling off the wall when we arrived, and after I left they tried to charge me for the damage fee. They eventually gave me that money back though after I contested it with my bank. The breakfast was sufficient - there were eggs, sausage, wrapped muffins, oatmeal, waffles, and the fresh apples were good. Our room card got deactivated while we were at breakfast so we had to go back to the desk to get it activated again, that was weird."

"The breakfast was not good/ didn’t have anything much to eat. When checking in the staff was someone helpful but when checking out they were no were to be seen you had to literally call to get there attention since they were on their phone. When I informed that I was charged for 6 rooms and that I had only requested 3 they would not give a refund for rooms I didn’t even request for then on top of that they had said I had checked in to all the rooms when I checked in to 3 with a deposit. They are not helpful at all."

"Shuttle service from the airport to this hotel! You have to call and make reservations! Does not say that on their website! Very disappointed and had to get a very expensive Uber ride to the hotel! This was after long day of cancellations for flights and arrived at airport at 9:15pm. Was looking forward to getting on the “ free shuttle “ to this hotel and going to bed! Need to be clear on their website on “ shuttle!"
