"The property is well maintained. We stayed on the last weekend it was open for Thanksgiving weekend. The cottage was nice, but a bit dated. We had booked for 4 people and only had enough plates in the cottage for 3. Through the busy summer months it is probably properly stocked though. It wasn't as clean as I had hoped, some dead flies in the windows and quite a few in the living area. Overall a decent place to stay, very close to the Cavendish Boardwalk, walking distance, but that closes completely the last week of August along with the town of Cavendish. You have to travel to find groceries, places to eat or drink and even for a convenience store."

"Older motel, but very clean. We enjoyed our stay and it was conveniently located to the things we wanted to do and see. Very close to the bike path you can ride straight from the hotel across the street and hit the path."
