"We have stayed at the Peninsula Resort for four nights, and it has been one of the best resort experiences we have ever had.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The front desk team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and caring. As this was our first visit to Crete, they made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Aman, Sofia, Effie, Fotini, and Tony for their outstanding service and genuine warmth throughout our stay.
We would also like to recognize Chef Stelvio, Christian, and the restaurant team. I have a gluten allergy, and Chef Stelvio took time during a very busy service to personally explain how the food was labeled and what options were safe for me to enjoy. That level of care and attention meant so much and allowed me to relax and fully enjoy our meals.
Everyone greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The beautiful resort, amazing service, and genuine kindness of the staff made this a truly unforgettable experience.
Also the room we stayed at was super clean, exactly like the pictures show. The cleaning staff are all very sweet, fast and thorough.Maria especially went above and beyond always greeting us. Couldn't believe how fast our room got cleaned, went to breakfast, came back and it was done!
