"The room was old and unclean. Hair on the floor, a mouldy rubber bath mat and the bathroom cupboard wouldn't open. I had to use my comb to push it open to get to the hair dryer. "

"Upon arrival I was told I had been upgraded to a pool view room with a balcony from a standard room which was a nice surprise. The staff were lovely, room was clean with modern furniture and the bathroom was basic but functional. Aircon kept the room warmish although could not set the temp any higher than 24 degrees. Would have loved a table and chairs to work on my laptop - it was quite roomy so could easily fit one in. Location was brilliant, close to Leura mall and other activities in the area. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Solo female traveller, hotel was nice and clean, room was great and I felt safe. I room serviced dinner and breakfast and food was good. Bathroom was a bit tight but overall nothing to complain about. "

"The stay was okay and the room was clean, but basic amenities were not properly available. When I asked for a toothbrush, the staff said they didn’t have any. A hotel should maintain essential items for guests."
