"Very nice and quiet but had a odd smell assuming from the drains and heater didn’t work tip should have a letter in the rooms to enquire where the washing machine and toiletries are kept "

"Only have 1 towel in 2 rooms. Need more towels in each rooms. The sink was blocked so we wouldn't use it. "

"The staff were outstanding & even tho the outside of the property looked a little dated, the inside was very clean and fresh. "

"We love staying at this hotel when we come to Sydney. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are so comfortable and stylish. The food from the restaurant is fantastic, and only a 10min walk to an enormous Westfield shopping centre and Train station. "

"All good for a family however the room should be prepared for the number of people stay there not just one person Would be good if requested items such as robe and slippers could have been delivered to the pool area as there was none in the room "
