"The wait for the airport shuttle was over an hour! Not convenient at all."

"The check-in-person, a nice lady was friendly and helpful. The check out gentleman needs to be trained on customer service. He was on his phone and seemed bothered that you interrupted his phone time. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A couple of issues were the toilet would not flush and the toilet seat was loose. I was able to fix both. Breakfast was typical, nothing fancy. When we arrived there was a drug deal in progress right in front of the front door. The owner needs to hire security for parking lot."

"I had to book this from having a horrible experience at another hotel. The booking was seamless, staff were courteous and even smiling as they walked past me in the hall. Clean, security guard was actively patrolling and observing. Would definitely stay here again."

"We found long black hairs in our towels. The continental breakfast was a croissant and there was some Philly cheese and that was it nothing to drink. The room service was the worst. It was one guy we asked for some towels, got them three hours later and he said I was busy so I would not recommend this hotel to anyone although the pool and hot tub or a gathering place for our group other than that, I do not recommend this facility."
