"The air conditioning was broken and the room was too hot to sleep. You couldn’t open the small window as it was so noisy outside. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff nice. But we didn’t sleep at all. Kids running up and down the hallways. Awful stay. "

"Amazing! Food, drinks, service, bed, pillows (!), surroundings. Such a lovely hotel! "

"Nice breakfast and great facilities for a family with teenagers. Not so easy for people who don't know German as signs and information was only in German. Our sofabed was not made up and towels where missing although we booked for four persons. It was still not done for the evening as they promised. It worked out in the end thanks to the friendly night portier. The bowling area was not so clean. Pool table cues broken."

"Hosts/Owners and staff very friendly and hospitable. Family and dog friendly. Nice playground and plenty of trails in wooded area for dog walk."
