"Brilliant stay . One tiny issue with the radiator not going off but even though it was 10.30 pm the chap on reception came straight up and sorted it for us . Breakfast was delicious and service very friendly . Would definitely recommend the hotel and we will be returning. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Decoy Barn. This was our first trip to Great Yarmouth. John and Sussanah were very welcoming and friendly. John went out of his way to show us places to visit and to guide us to attractions nearby. The breakfast was very tasty, sumptuous and well prepared. The options available were more than one could expect from a standard bed and breakfast. The rooms were very clean and everything needed was available. We were allowed to use the microwave in the diner to heat food if needed. The view from our room was amazing. Parking was safe within the premises and there were adequate spaces for all. Wifi is available given that mobile signals are not so good in the rooms. Overall, a great stay in very clean premises with welcoming hosts and a great breakfast. "
