"The stand out from our stay were the very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very nice and a lovely breakfast each morning. The room was comfortable and the view fabulous, the bathroom a little on the bijou side and no heating but apologies if there was and we just didn't find it!!!"

"Room very clean and well presented. Bed and pillows soft. My two night stay was very quiet and enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and conscientious, but not annoyling so. Food and drink, plus the service was excellent. Gym is modern with a pleasant environment and i happeend to be the only one to use it during my stay- it still had that new gym smell to it. Parking on the road is fine and loads of spaces. Within walking distance of the beach if thats what you are after. Overal, a good base for business or holidaymakers alike. I've struggled to find a hotel in Great Yarmouth that i like, but this place will certainty be my regular when i mext return for work."

"A lovely stay right on the Great Yarmouth sea front. The hotel is decorated to a high standard with quality materials, and the breakfast was excellent, with staff being friendly and attentive. The only negatives are that the internet was very slow and intermittent (not a major problem when you're on holiday) and be aware that parking is on street in the local area so you might have to hunt for a space and be wary of leaving anything in your car. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would happily stay here again."

"It’s a cheap hotel near the beach, and if that’s all that you’re looking for, you’ll be okay. It’s not in great shape, but there wasn’t really anything wrong with it. There only seemed to be one staff member there, but she was friendly and helpful. My room was clean but didn’t seem like it had been vacuumed very well. Carpets were coming up in places and the walls seemed very thin. "

"This place was not very clean! The pictures online are nothing like the rooms! The bed was the worst bed iv ever slept in the spings was coming through ! There was a horrible damp smell in the bathrrom! There was rips in the sofa that was filthy ! Damp on net curtians! Window in room never opened! Damp in corner above cooker! Shower was filthy ! Stood on piece of glass on floor in room ! Comunal area on way in was filthy ! Would never go back here !!!!!! "
