"When we arrived and checked in the heat was off in the rooms and it was 55 degrees. We turned on the heat and had to go out since it was too cold to relax in our room. When we returned we discovered the one heater was broken in the room and blowing out air conditioning. We turned it off and hoped it would warm up since it was late, unfortunately it was 4a when it reached 66 degrees. Also there were stains on the couch. The rooms looked nice at first glance but could have had better housekeeping...
