"We arrived with two children ages born eight to find out that there was a major power outage, which I understand happens. Honestly, I would think a resort of that size should have generators to at least have powers had to climb three flights of stairs with our clothing. the waterpark was not opened. They opened later on to close down the lazy river water park because somebody had gone to the bathroom and it did not reopen it all evening this morning they opened the lazy river and close the waterslides that is the whole point of going to an indoor waterpark so I really felt we were very slighted overcharged and do a refund of some sort, maybe not the whole amount but other people paid 123 I paid 199 last night during dinner we went to the restaurant about eight they told us 20 minute wait we waited 20 minutes we came in. they said they could see us then came back and said no they couldn't that we'd have to wait another 20 minutes. We ended up getting to go order and was told that it would be 40 minutes for that so I sent my granddaughter and her two children to the room and I waited for the food. This morning the only breakfast option was a buffet that was I believe 17 for an adult and 11 or 12 for a child. I have celiac there were no real options except eat, scrambled eggs. So very disappointed my first time there probably will be my last time."
